Its very old (belonged to my grandmother. . . probably around the late 50′s maybe . . . early 60′s? it is 14k white gold with tiny diamonds around the round face it winds and the diamonds go down the band in a floral pattern then stop half way.

Hi! Elgin made so many styles that it’s difficult to tell from a description. There are many on ebay to get an idea and the total weight of the diamonds is what will determine its ultimate value. I’ve given you a variety of vintage examples as references. If you cannot find it I would just take it to a jeweler for an appraisal. Good luck!
